	This item has magical properties which are not always the same. At times the item can change and will have a new properties. It can have a positive or a negative effect. Among the attributes it has had in the past include: hp regen bonus of +4 per tick, permanent haste, 10% MR, +1 Wis, +10HP, +10 MP, +1 Int, +10HP/+10MP, +1 Cha, reduced weight, beagle polymoprh, and kurtz polymorph. Keep in mind these effects are one at a time, not all of these effects at once. The attributes can change at any time. Usually these changes occur during the regular weekly publish, but they potentially can happen anytime the server is taken down for planned or unplanned maintenance. So the ring might change attributes more than once in a given week (rare, but it could happen), and other times it might keep the same attribute for several weeks in a row. How often it changes, like what attribute it takes on, is random. Every monster has a very rare chance of dropping the KillGlance's Ring.
