The Silver Knight Town Caves are located along the shore south of Silver Knights Town.  Follow the shore to the left and you will find the entrance at the beginning of the cliffs headed towards the desert.

Map of Silver Knight Town Caves (Desert Caves) 4F: View the Map The fourth floor of the cave changes a bit with monsters.  There are no undead here but instead just a few monsters.  This is the sole location to find the King Bugbears.  It is very common to run into 3 or more bugbears at a time down here so be prepared with help and lots of potions.
