    Description: There are a few Healers in town. Most can be found by the gates. If you are low on Hit Points(HP) or Mana Points (MP) talk to them and they will restore your HP and MP to full capacity.

When you talk to him he explains how the party system works. If you create a party, you can "collect the reward" from him, which is a small sheild (-1AC).
