Area Description

The Fire Valley is the area near Werldern and the Dwarven Kingdom.  This is the home of many fire monsters including the Phoenix, Ifrit, and the home of Valakas, the Fire Dragon.  The area gets more difficult as you move farther up the volcano.  The entrance to Valakas' lair is at the top of the volcano.

Swirling in fire, this relative of legendary genies is unlikely to grant your wish - unless perhaps you wish for death. The Ifrit spawns at random times and locations within the northern part of Fire Valley. Multiple Ifrits can be out at a time. Ifrit is considered a Boss. Below is some additional information: Spawn Times: Ifrits spawn a lot more frequently than a Phoenix and sometimes multiple will spawn at a time. Spawn Locations: The Ifrit will spawn anywhere in the upper and middle areas of Fire Valley. There is no specific spot that he spawns...it is purely random. View the Spawn Area in FV. Information: The Ifrit is a tough monster and you will want to hunt him without other monsters attacking you. This will make it much easier. His distance attack hurts the worst so get close to him as soon as you can. The Phoenix attacks by hurling fire (Meteor Strike) down to enemies from high in the air above. Located in the Werldern Area. The Phoenix spawns at random times near the upper area of Fire Valley. He should spawn at least once an hour and the location is not standard. It could be anywhere within the northern part of Fire Valley. Phoenix is considered a Boss. Information: The Phoenix is a very tough monster and you will want a lot of help to kill him. He hits very hard and is quite dangerous if you run into him alone.
