Oth is located in the Fire Field Town (aka Orc Town).  Speak to Oth and he will ask you to retrive the Atuba, Gandi, Duda-Mara, and Neruga spellbooks.  Return all four spellbooks to Oth and he will give you a choice of a Elven Helmet of Dexterity (-1 AC, Elf only, 13 weight, +2 Dexterity, safely enchantable to +6) or the Elven Helmet of Constitution (-1 AC, Elf only, 13 weight, +2 Constitution, safely enchantable to +6) Things to Note: You can use dogs or tamed monsters to assist you (but you won't get totems if you use your dogs)
