This is a very valuable possession for a newbie!  These boots, although they have no AC, will allow you to be hasted while they are worn. 1. The first thing you should do is talk to Galiene whoe is located on the island.  She will advise you of what is needed to make the Skeleton Boots, which is (2) Lumps of Metal, (1) Pair of Leather Sandals, (1) Bone Chip. 2. Locate the Skeleton Guard Elazar.  You must defeat him to receive the Bone Chip.  Keep in mind you must be close to him to receive the drop of the Bone Chip, it will not drop on the ground.   3. After receiving the Bone Chip, you need to make a pair of Leather Sandals, and obtain 2 lumps of metal.   4. When you have collected all three items, return them to Galiene and she will make Skeleton Boots for you.   This item can not be traded, dropped or put down.  This item can not be enchanted.
