Ivory Tower updates

Ivory tower has been updated (Part 1) to properly reflect the stronger monsters that have invaded Ivory Tower. Added missing NPCs to the Ivory Tower. Added the NPC chat text for authenticity.

Ivory Tower now is limited to ONE hour per character. it is a new timed zone with significantly increaed Demon spawns. Demon has been increased in strength by almost 2.5x Demon spawns almost hourly on the floors of IT 6-8F. Demon will spawn sometimes more than hourly on IT8F. Demon is level 70 with 13k HP

The monsters are stronger on the floors of Ivory Tower to reflect the floors being gated above 3F. Ivory Tower traps have been updated to spawn the new mobs. More chances to obtain the Demon Staff (the current mage 2nd tier weapon)

New items added that can be created by speaking to Talass! Talass's Gloves Talass's Boots The new items can be crafted with 100/150 Evil Spirits by speaking to Talass on the IT 3F with a cost of 10m.
