Constitution (CON)
Determines how much your HP improves each time you advance a level. (Calculated using your base Con)
Determines the speed that your HP regenerates.
Determines your carrying capacity along with your Strength.

Constitution determines how much your HP improves each time you advance a level.
The HP you gain (or lose) upon a level up (or level down) is based entirely on your base CON. The amount that you can/lose is random within a range based on your CON. Based on some data collection from Lineage Compendium and Lineage3D the following chart was created to show the average HP increase/decrease per level up/down:

Based on your CON and class, there is also a range of HP you can get. There is not an even chance of getting a certain HP. You have the best probability of landing right in the middle. The range is not an estimate, it is absolute. You will never get a level up outside this range. The values for DarkElf havn't been checked properly yet. I hope to get through all con values within acouple of months!

HP takes twice as long to regenerate when you are moving (for example, if you regenerate at 4 HP every 31 seconds, it will take 4 HP every 62 seconds when moving)
For every class, at level 47+, each additional CON point above 18 increases the max HP per tick by 1. For example, we say that a CON 18 elf regenerates 1-6 HP every 3 seconds. Therefore, a CON 20 elf would regenerate 1-8 HP every 3 seconds, and so on.
Constitution, along with your Strength, determines your carrying capacity.
In order to determine how much your character can carry, you can use the following formula provided by Lineage Compendium:
STR + CON + 1
Divide the result by 2 and round to the nearest whole number
Multiply the result by 150
The table below shows how much you can carry depending on your base con + str + additional con + str from items and spells.
In other colums you can see the effect of weight reducing items (Troll(10%), Ogre(20%) and Titan(50%) belt and the Decrease Weight (DW) spell. DW increases your capacity with 180.
There may still be an upper limit (cap) to your maximum weight capacity. Please use feedback if you encounter this cap.
